Features and Advantages
It is used for acid reduction cleaning after dyeing with disperse dyes. Compared with the reduction cleaning with sodium hydrosulfite powder, it has the following advantages: 1. Under acidic conditions, no drainage and neutralization are needed, which can shorten the process time and reduce the process cost.
2. For moisture absorption and sweat removal finishing, acid reduction cleaning will not affect its effect, and there is little color change.
3. The effect of preventing staining of polyurethane fibers is better than that of reducing cleaning with sodium hydrosulfite powder.
4. The fluorescence intensity of fluorescent dyes is not affected.
5. Good stability, low odor, no residue, improve fabric quality.
Application
It is suitable for acid reduction cleaning of dyed blended fabrics and polyester fibers.
Usage
1.The technological dosage of reductive cleaning for medium and dark polyester warp knitting, weft knitting, woven etc.
Reductive detergent: 1-2% (o.w.f), pH 4-5
Temperature: 85-98℃, time: 20-40 min
2.Amount of dark reduction cleaning process for polyester-cotton knitted fabric (reduction cleaning after dyeing polyester):
Reductive detergent: 1-2% (o.w.f), pH 4-5
Temperature: 85-98℃, time: 20-40 min
3.Feeding operation method: After dyeing, the temperature is lowered to the cleaning process temperature (for dark color, it is suggested to drain half of the water first). First, acid is added to adjust the PH value of dyeing bath to 4-5, and then reducing detergent is added to heat preservation cleaning. In operation, the additives cannot be directly mixed with the acid liquid, otherwise the use effect will be affected.
